Maize was the staple food of the ancient natives of the Americas. We are bringing a tradition that's more than 3000 years old to Canadian families and their tables.
We manufacture and distribute freshly made masa and tortillas of the highest quality to local markets and food establishments. Our masa is never made from pre-made corn flour, it's prepared using only the highest quality freshly nixtamalized corn.

Training: Through our Tortilla Institute we want to open the discussion with food professionals and the general public about masa and tortilla products and the many ways they can be used. We want to guide the exploration of new taste adventures.
Tacos: WE ARE CRAZY ABOUT TACOS. We hold taco happenings, tastings and provide recipes for all things taco.
